Overview
Avionics and flight systems recruitment for aircraft, helicopter, missile, UAS and space programmes. Flight systems are safety-critical, tightly certified and specialist, and the engineers who design and test them build their expertise over many years. We recruit permanent and contract engineers across avionics, flight control, GNC and flight test.
Roles We Recruit
Engineers for the systems that fly the platform.
Avionics Systems: avionics systems, integration and certification engineers.
Flight Control: flight control law, flight control systems and actuation engineers.
Guidance, Navigation and Control: GNC and navigation engineers for aircraft, missiles, UAS and spacecraft.
Flight Test: flight test engineers, instrumentation and telemetry specialists, and flight test data analysts.
Flight Simulation and Modelling: flight dynamics, simulation and modelling engineers.
Why Avionics Hiring Is Hard
Avionics and flight systems engineers work to strict standards such as DO-178C, DO-254 and ARP4754A, and that experience takes years to build. The pool is small, and many roles also carry clearance and export control requirements.
