1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. The website is operated by White Onyx Recruitment Ltd, trading as White Onyx Search, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI738321) with its registered office at 106 Rose Cottages, Craigavon, BT62 1RY.
By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
2. Our services
White Onyx Search provides permanent recruitment as an employment agency and contract recruitment as an employment business.
These terms cover your use of the website only. Our services to clients are provided under our separate Terms of Business, and contract assignments are governed by separate written terms agreed before any assignment starts. Fees and rates are available on request.
We do not charge candidates for finding them work.
3. Using the website
When you use the website, you agree not to:
• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it is hosted on or any connected system.
• Introduce viruses or other harmful material, or use automated tools to copy or scrape its content.
• Use it to send unsolicited advertising, or to impersonate any person or organisation.
We may suspend, change or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice.
4. Jobs and other content
The information on the website is for general purposes only and does not form an offer or a contract. Job adverts describe roles our clients are hiring for at the time of posting. Roles may be filled, changed or withdrawn without notice, and employers make all hiring decisions.
We cannot guarantee that an application will lead to an interview, an offer or a placement. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that its content is complete, accurate or free from errors.

When you send us a CV, complete a form or contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
