Why Programme Hiring Is Hard
Programme roles depend on context: the contract type, the customer, the lifecycle stage and the size of the team. Candidates who look similar on paper can have very different experience. Defence programmes also bring their own processes, from government acquisition to earned value management, and often need clearance. We define the programme context with you and assess candidates on what they have actually delivered.
