Overview
Systems engineering recruitment for defence and aerospace programmes. Systems engineers hold complex programmes together, turning customer needs into requirements, architectures and verified capability. We recruit permanent and contract systems engineers who have worked across the lifecycle, from concept and requirements to integration, test and acceptance.
Roles We Recruit
The engineers who make the whole system work, not just its parts.
Systems Architects: system and solution architects who define architectures across hardware, software and people.
Requirements Engineers: requirements capture, management and traceability engineers using tools such as DOORS.
Integration and Test: system integration, verification and validation, and trials engineers.
MBSE: model-based systems engineers working in SysML with tools such as Cameo and Capella.
Specialist Systems Roles: interface management, human factors, reliability and maintainability, and ILS engineers.
Why Systems Engineering Hiring Is Hard
Systems engineering is defined differently by every organisation, so job titles rarely tell you what someone has actually done. Experienced systems engineers are in demand on every major programme, and MBSE skills are still scarce. We define the role with you in terms of lifecycle stage, domain and tools, then assess candidates against that rather than matching on job titles.
