Overview
Defence and security recruitment for primes, tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers and scale-ups. Defence programmes run for decades, but the people who deliver them are in short supply: cleared systems engineers, weapons and C4ISR specialists, and programme leaders who understand defence acquisition. We recruit permanent and contract engineers and technical specialists for defence employers across the UK and Ireland, Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
Roles We Recruit
Engineering and programme talent across the land, air, C4ISR, weapons and national security domains.
Land Systems: vehicle, mobility, survivability and integration engineers for armoured and protected platforms.
Air Systems: systems, avionics, mission systems and integration engineers for military aircraft and helicopters.
C4ISR and Mission Systems: command and control, sensors, data links, battle management and systems integration engineers.
Weapons Systems: complex weapons, missiles, guidance, energetics, fire control, and test and evaluation specialists.
Intelligence and National Security: cleared software, data, analysis and secure systems engineers for intelligence and security programmes.
Why Defence Hiring Is Different
Cleared talent pools are small, and the strongest people are rarely on the market. Vetting can take months, and export controls and nationality rules shape who can work on what, and where. We plan searches around BPSS, CTC, SC and DV timelines in the UK, and the equivalent national requirements elsewhere, and only ask candidates the eligibility questions you confirm are required. Clearance is sponsored by the employer and granted by government, so we never promise it, but we find people who hold or can obtain the right level and keep them engaged while vetting runs.
