Overview
Electronics and hardware engineering recruitment for defence and aerospace employers. From radar front ends to flight computers and power systems, the hardware has to perform in harsh environments and meet demanding standards. We recruit permanent and contract electronics engineers who have taken designs from schematic to qualified product.
Roles We Recruit
Hardware engineers across analogue, digital, RF and power.
Electronic Design: analogue, digital and mixed-signal design engineers.
RF and Microwave: RF, microwave and antenna design engineers.
Power Electronics: power supply, power conversion and motor drive engineers.
PCB Design: PCB layout and design engineers using tools such as Altium, Cadence and Siemens Xpedition.
Hardware Test and Qualification: hardware test, EMC, environmental qualification and component engineers.
Why Electronics Hiring Is Hard
Experienced hardware engineers are a shrinking pool, and RF and power specialists in particular are rarely on the market. Defence and aerospace work adds environmental, EMC and qualification standards, such as DO-160 and Def Stan 59-411, that not every candidate has worked to. We search across primes, specialist suppliers and adjacent industries, and test for experience of designing to the standards your products must meet.
