AI is moving into products, platforms and decision-making in every industry, and the engineers who can build it for real-world use are contested by big tech, AI labs and robotics companies. We recruit permanent and contract engineers who have taken models, data platforms and autonomous systems beyond the lab.

Why AI and Data Hiring Is Hard
You are competing with big tech and AI labs for the same people, and regulated or defence work can add rules on nationality, location and data. Strong interviewers are not always strong builders. We screen for people who have shipped production systems or fielded autonomy, check any eligibility requirements early, and give candidates an honest view of the product and the work.
