Overview
Mechanical and structural engineering recruitment for defence and aerospace employers. Airframes, vehicles, launchers, enclosures and mechanisms all depend on engineers who can design for weight, strength, heat and harsh environments. We recruit permanent and contract mechanical engineers who have designed, analysed and supported real products into service.
Roles We Recruit
Design and analysis engineers for structures and mechanical systems.
Mechanical Design: design engineers for mechanisms, enclosures, vehicles and equipment.
Stress and Structures: stress, fatigue and damage tolerance engineers, including FEA specialists.
Thermal and Fluids: thermal analysis, thermal management and CFD engineers.
CAD and Design: CAD designers and engineers using CATIA, Siemens NX, Creo and SolidWorks.
Materials and Manufacturing Engineering: materials, composites, manufacturing and design for manufacture engineers.
Why Mechanical Hiring Is Hard
Aerospace and defence structures need engineers with experience of specific standards, materials and analysis methods, and stress engineers in particular are in short supply. CAD platform experience matters, and switching tools takes time. We agree the must-have tools, methods and certification experience with you, and look across aerospace, automotive, motorsport and energy where the skills transfer.
