Quality, safety and airworthiness recruitment for defence and aerospace employers. Every product has to be shown to be safe, compliant and under control, and the people who do that carry real responsibility. We recruit permanent and contract specialists across quality, safety, certification, airworthiness and configuration management.
Roles We Recruit
The specialists who show products are safe, compliant and controlled.
Quality Engineering: quality engineers and managers working to standards such as AS9100 and AQAP, including supplier quality.
Safety Engineering: system safety, safety case and hazard analysis engineers.
Certification: certification engineers and compliance verification specialists.
Airworthiness: airworthiness engineers and managers for civil and military aircraft.
Configuration Management: configuration managers, analysts and data management specialists.
Why Quality and Safety Hiring Is Different
These roles depend on specific regulatory experience, from EASA, CAA and FAA regimes to military regulation such as the MAA's, and the right experience is hard to judge from a CV. Many roles also carry delegated responsibilities and approvals. We agree the standards, regulators and approvals that matter with you, and confirm candidates' experience against them before you meet them.
