Overview
Naval and maritime recruitment for shipbuilders, submarine programmes, naval systems integrators and their supply chains. Long build programmes, complex integration and a shrinking pool of experienced naval engineers make the right hire hard to find and costly to miss. We recruit permanent and contract engineers who have worked on ships, submarines and the systems that go inside them.
Roles We Recruit
Engineering, integration and programme talent across surface ships, submarines and maritime systems.
Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering: naval architects, and marine, structural and stability engineers.
Submarine Engineering: pressure hull, platform systems, safety case and specialist submarine engineers.
Combat and Naval Systems: combat systems, sonar, sensors, weapons handling and platform integration engineers.
Electrical, Mechanical and Propulsion: power and propulsion, auxiliary systems, HVAC and electrical engineers.
Build, Test and Through-Life Support: production engineering, commissioning, sea trials, ILS and through-life support specialists.
Why Naval Hiring Is Hard
Naval programmes span decades and depend on people with deep platform knowledge that takes years to build. Many roles sit on secure sites with clearance and nationality requirements, and shipyards compete for the same small pool of engineers. We plan searches around build milestones and site requirements, and look beyond the obvious pool to adjacent sectors such as offshore energy, commercial shipbuilding and nuclear, where the skills transfer.
